Why did you switch to the square packets for saline?These are much harder to get the powder into the bottle.The other narrower packets were perfect and nothing was spilt.Try using old packets versus new ones and you will see what I am talking about.I use the bottle as everyone I know does.

We are now producing only tubular packets, but there are still some of the square packets out on the market. You can call our customer service at 1-877-477-8633 to place a telephone order, making a special request for the tubular packets
