which product is better and easier the bottle or the neti pot? i am new at this so trying to figure it all out.

In my opinion, the squeeze bottle is easier to use because you do not need to tip your head to the side and can simply lean over the sink with your head upright. You can also control the pressure with the force of your squeeze. Some people prefer the neti pot because it is a more gentle flow due to the pressure control by gravity. However, you do need to tip your head to the side. Both products are equally effective. Please read the instructions before use.
