No inhalation is needed.� You simply squeeze the bottle gently according to the directions that came with your bottle. During the rinse, we recommend you keep your mouth open and breath out, making a sound like "Kha..kha..." After you rinse each nostril, you can sniff in any residual solution once or twice, as this may clean out the posterior nasopharyngeal area (the area at the back of your nasal passage).
