When I follow the directions for the Neil Med Sinus Rinse sometimes the solution drains properly out the nasal passage and other times it drains down

When I follow the directions for the Neil Med Sinus Rinse sometimes the solution drains properly out the nasal passage and other times it drains down my throat. I have followed the directions on the pamphlet. I checked with my ENT and he said to keep using the device. Would the Sinugator be a better fit?Many thanks -Jenny Gast
