When I blow my nose or clear it after I use my netti pot I notice little clumps of blood coming out. It doesnt happen all the time but it happening more frequently. Should I be concerned - I use my netti pot a few times a day.

Several conditions can make this happen. Inddor heat, dry air, infection, corticosteroid spray, aspirin, blood thinners, rheumatologic conditions, tumors, polyps and several dozen more. Please try NeilMed Nasogel spray three times a day and see if ti goes away. If not, please see the doctor.
