It is very important that you follow the directions regarding safe water use. Only distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled orpreviously boiled water should be used. Please do not use tap or faucet water.Warm fresh water (especially in southern states) poses the risk for this amoeba and water that is safe to drink is not safe to expose to the nasal passages. The digestive system provides extra defenses when consuming water (or other food or beverages).
