What happens if I forgot to keep my mouth open while using the sinus rinse? I kind of felt like the solution went to my head. It was only for a couple of seconds - but I wanted to know if this was harmful. Its been over an hour since I have used it and my head feels strange.

There is no harm done if you forget to open your mouth. Opening your mouthjust ensures that you remember to breathe during the process. Your headshould not feel strange, but if it is your first time doing Sinus Rinse,you may be unaccustomed to the feeling.
