Using Neti Pot with no problems - however today I am having trouble getting any solution out of the left side of my nose. I have tried various positions however that allows it to run down my throat. Any suggestions?

You may have a bit of inflammation on that particular nasal passage. If you can breathe through that side of your nose then you should be OK and it is safe to continue using the NasaFlo neti pot.
