The water is not coming out of my opposite nostril nor my mouth It just runs down the same nostril I am squeezing the solution into. I tilt my head - I lean over - I try all sorts of things but nada - nothing from the opposite nostril nor my mouth.Any ideas?

Is one side of your nose completely blocked and stuffed? If so, this could be the reason.
