The latestest irrigator bottles that were included in my purchase immeadiately started flaking off the black print on the bottles.

The latestest irrigator bottles that were included in my purchase immeadiately started flaking off the black print on the bottles. This got into everything including the inside of the applicator bottle - the tube apparatus and my hands. It is next to impossible to clean and has continued to flake off. What is the problem? Please replace my irrigation applicator that does not have this problem.
