The ENT doc has told me that I do not have a complete separation betw the nostrils - it is less than 1 inch into the nostril. Fluid sprayed in one immediately comes out the other. Can you tell me how I can take advantage of the Neti Pot so that the sinuses get properly irrigated as wellThank you
