Our hypertonic spray is 2.7%. If you want more hypertonic solution, I suggest that you can prepare it by adding mixture packets in our Sinus Rinse bottle. Each blue packet in 8 oz. or 240 mL of water makes 0.9% concentration. Please ask your doctor, if you should use 7%.
