One side of my nose is always blocked. It will alternate between sides through out the day. I have been using the Neilmed Sinus Rinse for two weeks and it does a good job on rinsing my nasal passages - but my main problem still exists. My family members do not have this problem. I can breathe through both nostrils in the shower for some reason...

Change in the nasal airflow between two nostrils is very common and normal but one usually does not feel any block. My suggestions are to see an ENT specialist to get this checked and also consider NeilMed NasoGel for dry noses to see if the elimination of dryness will improve your symptoms. I am saying this because during the shower you feel better.
