On the packaging for the NeilMed Sinus Rinse it says to discard the bottle after three months. What is the reason and will it hurt if you continue to use the same bottle and buy the refill packets?

The only reason that I mention for discarding the bottle after three months is to avoid any issues that could possibly develop due to the wear and tear of the tube or gastric material in the bottle. If you are taking good care of the device by regular cleaning and on inspection and the bottle cap and tube appear in good condition, there is no true reason to replace the bottle.
