My son has allergies that often cause drainage into his throat at night. I use the sinugator for me (41y.o.) and this helps me. My son is 5 y.o. can i use the sinugator nasal for him?

There are quite a few youtube videos that show that a 5 year old is using it. You can certainly give it a try, If you and your son feel comfortable after watching it and after your son and you talk it over. It does have benefits.
