My nose is constantly dripping a clear liquid. I dont go anywhere without tissues. I read that NeilMed Sinugator will help Post Nasal Drip. I did buy it but it doesnt say how often I should use it before I will see results and how often once it subsides.Thank you.

Since everybody is different, it really depends. Sometimes people feel immediate relief, while others with more severe symptoms may need a few extra days (possibly rinsing more frequently and/or with a higher concentrated hypertonic solution) in order to notice a difference.
