My husband and I cant figure out - for the life of us - why you changed the shape of the rinse refill packs. The tubular shaped ones worked great - but the square ones are a pain in the neck to open and get the contents into the neck of the bottle The tubular ones were easy -Please let me know - as I can;t figure out why you would do thi.Thanks -

I apologize for your inconvenience. We do produce both types of packets. If you call customer service at 1-877-477-8633, you can specially request the tubular packets. You can also call customer service to get further advice on how to find the tubular packets at the retail store.
