My 6 year old son has chronic sinusitis. He has been on 3 rounds of oral steroids over the last 2 months along with 2 rounds of oral steroid. He is now on Nasonex. CT shows complete blockage and infection in every sinus cavity. Is your product safe for children.

Yes nasal irrigation is safe for children. As long as he does not have a blocked nasal passage he can try sinus rinsing twice a day to see if it helps. I recommend you consult with your physician for further advice.
