My 10 year old son stays with a stuffy nose all the time we have tried several nasal sprays - but nothing seems to help. What would you suggest we do.

The first step would be to begin using Sinus Rinse everyday, once to twice per day to flush out the nasal passages on a continuous basis. However, it would be a good idea to see your son's physician or and ENT or Allergy specialist so the cause can be identified.
