Its my first time using - I rinsed the bottle with dr bronners soap and water. Then I added bottle distilled water and solution and proceeded to use. I missed the part about waiting for the bottle to dry before using. Did I just contaminate the distilled water? If so - can I get sick?

When rinsing with soap and water, you should use distilled or boiled and previously cooled water. If you do this and rinse all the soap out with distilled or previously boiled water, then it is okay to use the Sinus Rinse with distilled water after. However, generally, you let the bottle dry after cleaning, which is after using Sinus Rinse. You do not want the bottle to be sitting with moisture in it all day.
