Is this rinse to be used daily for how long? Thank you.

We recommend rinsing twice a day for maximum relief, especially during allergy seasons, if you are allergic, or when you are suffering from chronic sinusitis. If you only have occasional sinus symptoms, you can rinse as needed. You can rinse more than twice a day, but it may not provide much additional benefit. It is best to follow the advice of your physician.
