Is there a limit on how many times a day one can use the nasal rinse when congested? I am thinking morning and evening……..thanks

We usually recommend one to four times a day. If you rinse in the morning and evening, make sure you do it an hour before going out or going to bed to avoid any residual solution that has pooled in your sinuses dripping out when you bend over or going down your throat when you are lying down.
