Instructions say to use dishwashing detergent to clean the Sinus Rinse bottle. Previous detergents contained chlorine - which I assume is the active cleansing ingredient desired. However - current detergents no longer contain chlorine. So is a dishwashing liquid OK? Or - what else should I use?
