If you are using a 16 ounce bottle with the hypertonic green packets, you need to put in one packet to make the isotonic solution and anything more than one packet to make the hypertonic solution. If you are using the 16 ounce bottle with the blue packet, you must use at least two packets for each 16 ounces of water and if you would like to make a hypertonic concentration please add more packets.
