If distilled water is not available - can commercial bottled water be a substitute? Doesnt bottled water contain ingredients that should be avoided in a nasal solution?

Commercially bottled water in the USA is safe to use because it goes through a filtration process that uses 0.2 micron filter or less. The additional minerals are okay, though you may feel more comfortable with a water with minimal additions.
