I was wondering with the sinugator or sinus rinse what is supposed to happen if you use it with a completely blocked nose because ent told me to do it anyway and the water is trapped causing a bad headache then randomly pouring out of nose still from doing it a day ago.should I continue to keep doing it?

We don’t recommend a full nasal irrigation if one or both nasal passages are completely blocked. Please hold off of nasal irrigation until you can breathe through your nose. In the meantime, you can use our NasaMist Saline Spray to help soften up the mucus.
