I was told to use a sinus rinse to help relieve pressure from fluid in my ear. Right side was great. Left side burned a little and hours later I still feel an annoying burning and a little sore near my left cheekbone. Is this normal? I followed the directions on the package.

We do not recommend nasal rinsing if there is currently fluid in the ear. Please discontinue and follow up with your doctor.
