I was recommended your product by my allergist for sinus pressure and allergies. I have been using the products for a couple of days and today started feeling liquid in my ears and an earache. Do I discontinue using the product until this has cleared up and how do I prevent this in future?

Please discontinue the use of our product until you feel normal. If you are using NeilMed Sinus Rinse, while rinsing, squirt only small quantities of water at a time to avoid it reaching the ear. Do it softly and gently as instructed in the brochure. Tilt forward slightly while rinsing so that the solution doesn't reach the ear. Stop the rinse if you feel any solution sensation near the ears.
