I was prescribed to use Afrin at bedtime to combat my Laryngopharyngeal Reflux. I also use NelliMed from a squeeze bottle. Today I woke up with terrible congestion - but I dont feel sick per se. Could there be harmful interaction between NelliMed saline and Afrin spray?

There will be no harmful interaction betwee NeilMed Sinus Rinse and Afrin. Sinus Rinse does not contain any drugs and Afrin may be used in conjuction with Sinus Rinse to clear up a fully blocked nasal passage before performing a sinus rinse.
