I usethe NetiPot to prevent sinusitis. I Neti with Sinus Rinse packets 2x day with the same exact process. Sometimes I get a burning sensation and a bad aftertaste. I read the FAQs and I already do all the things that were suggested. Please advise

It may be possible that when you mix the saline mixture, you are not dissolving it completely in the water and so the first part of the rinse has too little salt and the last amount of solution is too concentrated. This could burn or sting. The other problem may be that you are using water that is too hot or cold. If you are not using distilled or previously boiled water, sometimes minerals in the water can affect the rinse.
