I used the sinus rinse yesterday morning and now have water in my right ear as well as ringing and some pain. I have read that the water should drain; however - the ringing and pain has me worried.

It will drain out. The ringing and pain are likely due to the water in your ear. However, if symptoms continue, please call us or speak to your doctor.
