I used the Sinus Rinse a couple of days - 2x day - started to improve. The last night that I used it - on my left side as I was gently squeezing - fluid was forced out of my left eye. Is this normal? Should I stop using it?

Please make sure not to blow your nose hard after rinsing. Your tear duct is connected to the nose through the nasolacrimal duct. If you blow to hard it is possible some solution will flow through this.
