i used the netipot for the first time...about 20 minutes after using it felt like i had water in my ear and i have been dizzy for about 5 hours now..very nauseated. Is there anyway to make this stop??

You may have blown your nose too hard after rinsing or had your head tilted back.This problem should resolve on its own. If this discomfort persists for more than a few days, please consult your doctor to make sure you do not have another medical problem going on. Please make sure when you rinse again that you follow the illustrations in the brochure or on the website carefully.
