I used the neti pot to heal myself of a very nasty sinus infection. On one of my last rinses - I tiled my head back too far (in hopes of getting further up into my sinuses). I know this was a mistake and now my head ears feel clogged (or maybe water logged). Will this eventually drain?

Yes, though uncomfortable, this will drain on its own.
