I used the nasal rinse process. I have air flow through both nostrils but the solution goes down my throat and out the other side. I have a pressure or sinus headache immediately after using the rinse. Is this normal?

Sinus rinsing should not cause headaches. It is possible you have been fighting a sinus infection at the same time you have used the rinse bottle.
