I used a store brand sinus rinse packet and I used cold water by accident and my sinuses burned throughout my whole head. It feels like it is difficult to breathe through my nose. Is this all temporary - since its been going on for 5+ hours?

Using cold water can cause burning. However, we are unable to comment on store brand products. We do suggest using our NeilMed Sinus Rinse refill packets as they are designed to not cause any burning or stinging.
