I use Sinus Rinse once a day before bed for just over 1 year now. It helps a lot with my congestioon - but every once in a while when I sneeze there seems to be a bad smell coming from my sinus. I can even smell it myself. Any ideas?

You may have halitosis, which is bad breath that may be caused by sinus infections and postnasal drip, as well as several other causes. You should speak with your physician about this problem and to determine the cause.
