I use a prescription nasal spray - Fluticasone Propionate. I want to know if I can use this nasal spray with the sinus rinse. Before or after? Is there be a time limit between using the sinus rinse and using the prescription nasal spray?

Please rinse with NeilMed saline first, wait for 20 to 30 minutes and let all saline and mucus clear out and then apply the corticosteroid spray on the clean mucosa so absorption will be better.
