I tried the Sinus Rinse - however no mucus came out of my nose - only the rinse. (I have never experienced mucus drainage-only difficulty breathing). Does this mean the Sinus Rinse will provide no or only a small benefit to me?

If you do not have excessive thick mucus then you will not see any thick mucus coming out but thin extra mucus will wash out along with microscopic allergy particles, bacteria and dust particles, which can create symptoms. So rinsing will still provide a good benefit for you.
