I started using the NeilMed Sinus Rinse and on the first day - I used lukewarm tap water for three rinses (this was yesterday). Now that I have read more into it - I will be using previously boiled water or bottled water. The fact that I used tap water - should I be worried?

Just be careful next time. Chances of something very serious are less than 1 in several millions in USA water. OUr water use reccomendations remain the same.
