I recently used the neti pot 3 days ago and have been experiencing headaches and stinging nose and itchy throat ever since. Are these normal symptoms that should go away? I had only allergies when I used the neti pot.

May be the problem started due to allergies and or infection. Symptoms should go away and it has nothing to do with the Neti Pot use.
