I recently had an infected tooth pulled - and the infection went into my sinus cavity which I have antibotics - but I still have a lot of pressure in my sinus and facial discomfort. My face fills heavy on one side. I have been trying your Neti Pot - but I still have not gotten relief - what should I do? Melissa in SC

Perhaps, underlying infection of the tooth is still not over or inflammation is still persisting. I suggest that you see your Dentist as soon as possible so he can examine you and do more work up. NetiPot may not make a big difference here.
