I previously used the sinus rinse after removal of polyps...I now have a slight infection - can I use the rinse to alleviate the infection? Or do I have to take the Levofloxacin prescribed by my ENT? I prefer not to take medication if at all possible. Thank You!

The Sinus Rinse will certainly help to alleviate the symptoms, but it will not rid the infection. Please follow your ENT's direction.
