I must have had a partial blockage when I used the NeilMed solution and now I have severe pressure over my teeth. What can I do to remove the solution that is trapped in my sinus cavity?

I suspect some primary tooth problem. Please see your dentist or oral surgeon. They should consider CT scan of the teeth or CTof sinuses. You definitely need a Medical advise. It is a coincidence.
