I LOVE the Sinus Rinse & the bottle. I have a large hole in my septum. 1. Can I add 2 capfuls of Alkalol to the NeilMed Sinus Rinse solution - without messing with the benefits of the Sinus Rinse? 2. Room temp dist. water is on the cool side - is that okay or do I have to warm the distilled water? THANKS

We do not provide any recommendations or advice on using additives to Sinus Rinse. You may speak with your physician on this. We recommend warming the water to lukewarm or body temperature for comfort. If room temperature is comfortable for you, that is fine. Cold water, however, may be uncomfortable and burn.
