Dr. Mehta. I keep suffering from my left nasal passage being bloody and crusty - and its hard to breath out of. Its especially bad at night time. I use the sinus irrigation but only once in awhile. Should I use it every day for relief ? It seems to me i have a bacterial infection in this nasal passage. sometimes it goes away for a few weeks then it comes back.
