I have used your sinus rinse every morning for 8 years. I will be traveling to Italy in June - how do I continue using the sinus rinse if 1. distilled water isnt available and 2. theres nowhere to heat the water. Thanks

Please buy the bottled water in Italy and it is OK to use that for the nasal rinse.
