I have used this product a few times without and problems in the past. I just started using this product again and I followed all dircetions exactly - but I have a headache. What can I do to not let this happen again?

There is no reason for you to get the headache doing nasal irrigation unless you stay in a very dry indoor and outdoor climate area, you had surgery on the nose and sinuses, you do not mix well the solution, etc. Please feel free to call me. I will be happy to discuss.
