I have used the sinus rinse bottle for a few weeks and noticed some pink tinged discharge after my last rinse. Have I over used it at twice a day or too hot or too firm to cause bleeding?? Thanks.

We recommend using the Sinus Rinse twice a day for maximum benefit, so frequency should not be an issue. Secretions from the nose can look bloody as hemoglobin in the blood gives it a strong color. A light pink discharge should not be cause for alarm.
