i have sjogrens syndrom will your solution dry me out. i have been using plain distilled water. can plain water dry me out and mess up my normal ph balance. i plunged my noise and one hour later i layed down and felt it go to my ears .i hear squshing sounds will it come back out. thanks sue

The solution should moisturize your nasal passages. I recommend using the Isotonic mixture (blue packets). It is pH balanced and will not burn or sting. If the fluid in the ear is from sinus rinsing, it should disappear within a few days. If the problem persists, please consult with your physician.
